Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
ez wen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ez wen account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. ez wen does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ez wen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the ez wen account holder.
All transactions on the ez wen platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion fees may apply.
Important: ez wen does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
ez wen offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to occasions such as PBA Finals, Philippine national holidays, and festive seasons. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside each promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your ez wen account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
ez wen reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

ez wen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ez wen account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ez wen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
ez wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed compliance review will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited at ez wen's discretion.
You may also close your ez wen account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
ez wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
